Show homes and marketing suite opens at St John’s Manor in Callerton

Our latest show complex – St John’s Manor in Callerton, Tyne and Wear – officially opened on Saturday, with the launch event attracting more than 35 families through the doors, who had booked 1-2-1 appointments. The 192-home exclusive development features a collection of three, four and five-bedroom homes.

The complex showcases two of Story Collection homes – the five-bedroom, detached ‘Charlton’ property and the four-bedroom, detached ‘Hewson’ – the first of this house type to be built in the North East.

We have seen strong sales at St John’s Manor since the launch of the development earlier this year, with significant uptake of the high specification homes. Two homes were reserved at the show home launch event.

The Hewson is a beautiful four-bedroom detached home set across two floors, as well as an integral single garage which can be accessed from the spacious hall.

Downstairs, the kitchen which has been designed by Nixons and includes integrated ‘A’ rated appliances is the heart of the home with the family and dining area all being open plan, and include a set of French doors which open out into the back garden. A generously sized lounge is found at the front of the house. Upstairs there are four-bedrooms and a main bathroom that includes a walk-in shower and separate bath. The master bedroom features a dressing area as well as an en-suite and the second bedroom also comes complete with en-suites.
