We are delighted to announce we have been recognised by the prestigious UK Property Awards, winning two accolades for ‘Best Residential Development’ and ‘Best Developer Website.’
The Willows development in Darlington won the award for the Best Residential Development in the County Durham region and our website – which recently underwent a redesign – won ‘Best Developer Website’ as well as the 5-star award, beating strong competition from national housebuilders.
Now in its 29th year, the UK Property Awards are the most demanding and rigorous in the property sector. The awards are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts, focussing on design, quality, service, innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability.
We were presented with the two awards at a ceremony on 28 October at The Royal Lancaster hotel, London. As winners of the 5-star award, we will also be entered into the overall International Awards, which ultimately determine the world’s finest property companies.
