After just three years, Story Homes’ popular development in Dalston known as The Grange has now sold out, with construction scheduled to complete later this year.
The development of 121 luxury homes in the village of Dalston was a highly sought after collection of two, three, four and five-bedroom detached, semi-detached and terraced properties.
It has brought much needed high quality homes to the ever popular village location, with the residents quickly integrating into the thriving community. Last month a group of residents took part in a charity open garden weekend to showcase the beautiful gardens that the talented residents have created and to inspire others with the vast range of what can be achieved in a new build garden.
The first residents moved into their homes in October 2014 with the last families due to move later this year as construction on site draws to a close.
Over the lifetime of the build, the housebuilder has contributed over £450,000 to the local community towards a variety of projects. Money went towards local educations provision at St Michael’s Church of England Primary School; towards the provision and maintenance of children’s play space and sports pitches and garden projects across the parish to name but a few.
Andrew Pearson, Production Director at Story Homes said; “We are thrilled with the success of our Dalston development and are very proud of the homes we have built.
“Throughout the course of the development we have had an excellent construction team and have all worked together to provide a range of quality homes.
“We’ve received great feedback from residents who live on the development and we are looking forward to welcoming the last customers into their new homes.”
Homebuyers who are still looking to move to the area are encouraged to visit Story Homes’ nearby development St Andrew’s View in Thursby. This weekend the homebuilder is opening the doors for the first time to their new Show Home which showcases their new specification.
The marketing suite at St Andrew’s View is open Thursday to Monday from 10.30am to 4.30pm on Low Road, Thursby, CA5 6PQ.
