We are delighted to announce we have built and sold 474 high-quality new homes across Cumbria & Scotland in the 2022/23 financial year; the highest number of homes we have delivered in the region in a single year.
From Pentland Reach in Biggar down to Laurel Place in the South Lakes, we currently operate 10 live housing developments across Cumbria & Scotland, crafting characterful homes with modern, open-plan layouts providing space, comfort and flexibility for the whole family.
In addition to delivering a record number of homes, last month we were awarded a five-star customer satisfaction rating by leading bodies in the housebuilding industry for the third year running.
The results from the national new homes customer satisfaction survey from the Home Builders Federation (HBF) confirmed that we have received a five-star satisfaction rating, with more than nine in 10 customers recommending us to a friend. We also received a ‘Gold’ rating from ‘In-house’ (the customer satisfaction research body) after 94% of customers said they would recommend us.
Alongside these awards, we have reached a rating of 4.8 stars on Trustpilot; this is an industry leading score and is the highest TrustScore in the ‘Home Builder’ category on Trustpilot. This is a further testament to our commitment to providing excellent customer service.

This summer we are set to bring a new development of 67 homes to Thursby in Cumbria. The development, named St Andrew’s Gardens, will include a range of two to six-bedroom semi-detached and detached homes, featuring internal layouts that offer modern, open plan living spaces and exterior details that create the unique street scenes for which we are renowned.
