We are excited to be the new sponsor of Poulton Town Juniors FC U10s Pumas, who play in the Poulton District League.
The sponsorship funds from our North West division have been used to purchase football kits for the team, as well as new goals and other training equipment.
To celebrate the new partnership, Story Homes representatives went along to support the Pumas at their match on Saturday 6 January where they secured a phenomenal 11-0 victory against Poulton Under 11s.
We are currently developing 141 new homes in the area on our Tithe Gardens development in Poulton-le-Fylde, which will deliver a range of two to five-bedroom high quality new homes designed for modern living. The sponsorship of the football club proposed a great opportunity to further support the local community in the area, which hopefully both the residents of Tithe Gardens and the wider community will benefit from.
Richard Kitson, Sales Director (North West) said: “We’re delighted to be the new sponsor of Poulton Town Junior FC. At Story Homes we don’t just build houses, we build homes that are part of the wider community; sports clubs play an important role in this and it’s great that we can help the club to continue offering young people opportunities to get involved in this sport.”
Club Chairman Phil Brown said: “At Poulton Town Juniors FC we have grown a lot over the last few years, providing an outstanding environment for the young people of the local community to fall in love with football. The club is now one of the biggest providers of grassroots football on the Fylde Coast.
“We are therefore absolutely delighted to have the backing of Story Homes which is such a well respected company in the local area. Their support for the club allows us to enhance our offering and keep providing opportunities for our young people.
“I would personally like to thank Rebecca and Sophia, from Story Homes, for their hard work and efforts in making this happen. Everyone at Poulton Town Juniors FC want to pass on their thanks.”
