Mayor and Mayoress of South Ribble officially open show homes to visitors.
We were delighted to recently open the doors to our brand new 5-bedroom ‘Masterton’ and 6-bedroom ‘Middleton‘ show homes at our Longton Grange development in Longton, Preston.
The Mayor and Mayoress of South Ribble, Councillor Peter Mullineaux Councillor and Mrs Margaret McManus, officially opened the show homes with a ceremonial ribbon cutting.
The new show homes have been designed and styled by our expert partners at Show Business Interiors to help potential buyers envisage life in a Story home. The high-quality specification within the 5-bedroom Masterton show home includes a large kitchen and dining area, bi-fold doors, waterfall showers, and integrated double garage with a block paved driveway, and the 6-bedroom Middleton includes an open plan kitchen and dining area, integrated AEG appliances, spacious lounge, Porcelanosa tiles and rainfall shower in the bathroom.
Situated in the desirable village of Longton, just a short walk to the centre. This exclusive development is surrounded by green open space, featuring a collection of 4, 5 and 6-bedroom detached homes.
Richard Kitson, North West Sales Director for Story Homes, said: “We’re excited to officially launch our two new show homes at Longton Grange. These homes truly represent the quality and craftsmanship that Story Homes is known for, with the 5-bedroom ‘Masterton’ and 6-bedroom ‘Middleton’, providing spacious, modern living to meet the needs of growing families and those seeking a beautiful home.
“Longton Grange is set in a well-connected, desirable area which is an ideal place for families and professionals alike. We’re proud to contribute to the local community by delivering thoughtfully designed homes that combine style, functionality, and comfort. We can’t wait to welcome visitors to experience these homes firsthand.”
In addition to delivering new housing, the Longton Grange development also brings a range of benefits to the local community, including contributions to local education. Recently, Story Homes provided lessons in site safety for students from Longton Primary School, which is located less than five minutes from the Longton Grange development. Four classes of students, visited the live site to learn about the various jobs involved in building homes and the importance of staying safe on site.
