We received planning permission from Northumberland County Council for 125 homes on land at Windy Edge in March and are working with Northumberland Estates on the development of the land to ensure the new homes complement the character of historic Alnwick.
The aerial images showcase the progress made on site so far, which will include a range of 3, 4 and 5-bedroom homes designed with flexible, spacious living to suit modern lifestyles.
