We are delighted to have been awarded a five-star customer satisfaction rating by leading bodies in the housebuilding industry, as well as securing a rating of 4.8 stars on Trustpilot; an industry-leading score and the highest TrustScore in the ‘Home Builder’ category on the reviews website.
The results from the national new homes customer satisfaction survey – carried out by the Home Builders Federation (HBF) and the National House Building Council (NHBC) – confirm that we have received a five-star satisfaction rating, with more than nine in 10 customers recommending us to a friend.
In addition to this impressive result, we have achieved a further accolade for customer service from ‘In-house’ – the customer satisfaction research body for the residential property sector.
We have received a ‘Gold’ rating from In-house after 96% of customers said they would recommend Story Homes. This award highlights our relentless pursuit of excellence and focus on meeting and exceeding the needs and expectations of homebuyers.
