We are shining a spotlight on one of our favourite house types, The Sanderson, and in particular, some pictures from our customer Our Sanderson Story. This lovely couple have an Instagram account dedicated to their beautiful home at Edgehill Park in Whitehaven. We love seeing how our customers have styled their Story home and added personal touches to put their own stamp on things.
What’s special about the Sanderson?
The Sanderson is a spacious 4-bedroom home with flexible, open plan rooms, ideal for couples and families alike. This property features French doors in the family area which really brings the outside in, creating a luxurious space for entertaining guests in the summer months.
Styling tips
Our Sanderson Story has chosen a sleek monochrome theme running throughout, providing a contemporary, cool and modern edge. There are many ‘insta-worthy’ elements to this home, but our favourite features have to be the unique choice of flooring which complements the kitchen perfectly, along with the spotty wall in the cloakroom.

The couple opted for a new build over an older property, finding choosing the kitchen and bathroom tiles before moving in a real benefit to buying a brand new home. We have loved being able to track the build and progress, and were able to do this from the start when we reserved our dream home.”
