What made you choose our Tithe Gardens development?

We chose the Tithe Gardens development because it was close to the local town, lots of green space around the development, and very close to some great schools.

Which house type did you choose and why?

We chose the Wilson. We loved the spacious layout of the house, especially the open plan design and the size of the garden. We also appreciated the type of brick that was used for the house, it felt very traditional.

What do you love most about your house type?

We love everything about our house type. The open plan style brings us all together as a family. The bay window also adds character to the home.

Which room do you find yourselves spending the most time in?

We probably spend the most time in the kitchen/dining area.

Did you consider a second-hand property? If yes, why did you choose new?

Yes we did. The area and space were a big draw for us, as well as the fact that the kitchen/bathrooms are all new.

What do you like most about living in a new build? Is it the space, the energy efficiency, the low maintenance, etc?

The house is extremely energy efficient and we love how everything is brand new and unused.

Did you consider other housebuilders and if yes, why did you choose Story Homes?

No, we would only go for Story Homes because of their great reputation.
