What made you choose The Sycamores? What do you like most about the location?

“We chose The Sycamores development as our daughter and son-in-law moved there first, and we really liked their new home. The location is also a bonus.”

What’s your favourite thing about living at The Sycamores?

“We have made some very good friends and have our monthly get-togethers; our social life has never been so good.”

What do you love most about your house?

“We love the size of our back garden, and also the fact that our house is located at the front of the development meaning we have privacy and not really being overlooked. Our house has two lounges, one of which is a snug and the other is our main lounge overlooking the back garden and lovely sunsets. The mezzanine landing is our favourite which offers a nice place to sit and relax. The design of the house is superb for us two.”

Which room do you find yourselves spending the most time in?

“The rooms we spend the most time in are the front room and the back lounge. It’s great if one of us wants to watch something different on the TV or have quiet time, we get to choose which lounge we want to use.”

What do you like most about living in a new build?

“We like how new builds are really good quality homes. We’ve had a new build before, so we knew what to expect maintenance-wise.”

“We would recommend Story Homes to others as the quality of the homes is great.”

Would you recommend The Sycamores if someone was considering moving to the development? And if so, why?

“Yes, we would definitely recommend The Sycamores. It is a very valued and friendly community, and the residents here are such lovely people it feels very safe and a happy place to be.

“The sense of community at The Sycamores has brought us a thriving social life and great new friendships ever since we moved into our new Story home.”
