What made you choose St John’s Manor?

“The location of St John’s Manor really appealed to us. We love the semi-rural location with all the greenery and local country walks, alongside the convenience of being on the outskirts of Newcastle. The proximity to Ponteland was also a deciding factor as we regularly pop out for a meal at one of the many restaurants.”

Why did you choose The Sanderson?

“We chose the Sanderson as it ticked all the boxes for us. It has a large kitchen/dining/family area with plenty of room to cook, bi-fold doors to the garden, and an integral garage door, which is great as we’ve turned the garage into a gym. We also love the four spacious bedrooms, and the main bathroom, which has a bath and separate shower.”

What do you love most about The Sanderson?

“We love the kitchen/dining/family area, the kitchen area offers so much space for cooking and we love the 5-burner hob we upgraded to, the bi-fold doors are great on a summers day, and it’s lovely to sit on the sofa with a cup of tea on a morning.”

“We spend most our time in the kitchen/dining/family area.”

“We love the space, it’s always warm and it’s such a lovely blank canvas to make your own.”
