What made you choose the Fellside Manor development?

It was a new development and it didn’t feel crowded. We’ve been looking at Story Homes in this area for about 8 years. Endmoor as a location was unknown to us but we were very pleased we found it. It’s a small village but with very easy access to both the main town of Kendal and larger areas of Cumbria. It has the advantage of easy access to main roads as well being right in the country.

Why did you choose The Lawson?

We initially liked The Wilson from the brochure and that was what we viewed first. But after viewing The Lawson we fell in love with all aspects of the design of this house. We love everything about it, the sizing and layout is perfect for us. Great space and large garden. The build quality is excellent.

Which room do you find yourselves spending the most time in?

That’s a difficult one to answer but probably the kitchen/dining/family room as it’s such a large open space.

What do you like most about living in a new build?

Everything is ready to just move in. The efficiency of a new home was also a big consideration.

Did you consider other housebuilders?

Yes we did; we looked at Jones Homes, Russell Armer and Oakmere Homes in this area, and overall the design of the Story home was the one for us.

Would you recommend Story Homes?

Yes we would and did. Our daughter Hollie and her boyfriend have also bought a home on the same development. We also love the design and layout of their house type.
