What made you choose the Edgehill Park development?

“We considered both second-hand properties and new builds, but we couldn’t find the right property in the right area until we discovered The Emmerson.”

What do you like most about living in a new build?

“We bought a show home, so the fact that we could move in with little work allowed us to stretch our budget a bit more. It gives us peace of mind that our home will have low maintenance costs. The space the home offers is around five times more than our previous home.”

Did you consider other housebuilders?

“We considered both Story Homes and another builder. We went to view a house from both developments for the same price, and we found that the Story Homes house was far superior. The development was more developed and in a very nice, quiet area.”

“You hear bad stories about new builds, but from start to finish, I don’t have a bad word to say. I would highly recommend Story Homes. The Sales Executive and the rest of the team have been great in securing our home.”
