Which room do you find yourself spending the most time in?

“We spend most of our time in the lounge. It is a great space for us all to be together and it leads out to the rear garden, which will be great in the summer months.”

“The space, the value for money, and the fact that we could move right in with minimal fuss. Also, the energy efficiency that comes with a new build home is an added bonus.”

Did you consider other housebuilders?

“Yes, we did consider other new build developments in the area, but we felt that the Whins View development was the best location for us, and  The Emmerson offered the best value for money.”

Did you consider a second hand property?

“No, we always preferred the idea of buying a new build.”
