3 things to love about The Spencer

1. The hallway

“I love the hallway, it’s a decent size and feels spacious. The stairs are wider than a usual house, even my old larger house, so the combination of the stairs and the hallway makes it feel welcoming and it doesn’t feel tight.”

2. Multiple bathrooms

“I like having a main bathroom, en-suite and a downstairs WC too, it’s feels luxurious and makes things easy.”

3. The quality of the fixtures and fittings

“I was very impressed with the quality, fixtures and fittings. I think the amount you get is generous, you can tell they’ve not scrimped at all.”
