Sheer curtains are effective on French doors allowing the natural light to flood in- opt for a fabric with some interest or colour as opposed to plain.

I love the hallway, it’s a decent size and feels spacious. The stairs are wider than a usual house, even my old larger house, so the combination of the stairs and the hallway makes it feel welcoming and it doesn’t feel tight.
When I got the keys and first moved in, it felt absolutely perfect, and it still does. I don’t think I would be anywhere near as happy if I wasn’t in a Story home.
