We would suggest using a roman blind on the window in the lounge to allow more floor space for your sofa.
The open plan kitchen/dining/family area is a great space for entertaining and can accommodate a large 8-seater table by the bi-folds, keeping the family area as a cosy snug area with a TV.
Using a wallpaper on the stair wall gives a lovely entry into the home. Consider using the same wallpaper in a different colourway on the long landing wall that greets you at the top of the stairs, or perhaps use a feature paint tone on this wall instead. A radiator cover the top of the stairs looks great and gives a lovely surface to dress along with an area to have a statement piece of artwork or mirror above.
Step inside the palatial main bedroom with a spacious dressing area, giving the feel of a boutique hotel and the ideal space for fitted wardrobes.

The bathroom tiling is stunning, we chose it and the design of them is perfect. It is lovely. We have a feature wall in the shower and over the bath, it looks absolutely stunning. The whole house is lovely, no doubt about it.
