Planning approved for new homes in Greystoke

June 2021

We have secured backing from Eden District Council to bring 40 of our homes to Greystoke in Penrith.

Greystoke Fields will feature a collection of three, four and five-bedroom homes from The Story Collection, a range of homes with internal layouts that offer modern, open plan living spaces and exterior details that create the unique street scenes for which our developments are renowned.

Development Planner, Paul Fenton, said: “We are delighted that the Eden District Council’s Planning Committee have granted approval for our proposals to build 40 new homes on Land East of The Thorpe in Greystoke, Penrith.

“Our development will support existing local businesses and help create additional employment through new opportunities for local sub-contractors and the supply chain. We look forward to bringing our high quality homes to the area.”

We anticipate that work will start on-site from summer 2021 with the first homes due to complete in spring 2022.
