We have released new aerial photography to showcase our Middlesbrough development, Kingsbrook Wood, which is rapidly nearing completion.
Kingsbrook Wood launched in 2014, and comprises a collection of 126 three and four-bedroom family homes. With only one property remaining available, the development – which was the second of our sites to launch in the North East – is also set to be the second in the region to be fully sold.
We are expecting the final completions to take place in spring 2018.
