One Family Bought 3 Story Homes at our Kirkland Fold development. Sonia and Ken Thorn are the picture of happiness as they proudly talk about their new Story Home; a 4-bedroom detached ‘Warwick with integral garage.
The Thorn’s liked the properties in Wigton so much that their 2 daughters have also moved there now meaning the family has bought 3 story homes. Sonia and Ken first came house hunting in Carlisle back in January. The retired couple found Story Homes on a property website and booked a viewing at Kirkland Fold, Wigton. They were looking to move to Cumbria to be closer to family and this is where they bought the first of their 3 Story Homes.
Ken commented “We arrived at the Kirkland Fold Wigton Development and were met by such a lovely and friendly sales lady, Carreana. She has been so helpful and wonderful throughout. When we were shown around the ‘Warwick’ show home we were sold as soon as we walked in. We could picture straight away fitting in our children and grandchildren when they came to stay – we instantly cancelled all the other property viewings we had planned.”
“We rang our eldest daughter Tracey to tell her we’d bought a house, and also that we had seen a 3-bed ‘York’ house that was perfect for her and our grandson – and we had bought it for her.” This was the second of the 3 Story Homes bought.
‘Our other daughter, Anna and her family visited over the Easter weekend, and just like us, as soon as they walked in they loved the light and space. Within 5 minutes Anna and her husband Clive were so impressed with our house that they decided to buy a house here too. So house number three, a 4-bedroom detached ‘Ascot’ was viewed and reserved and is now nearing completion.’
