Luxury Homes at Summerpark in Dumfries
The next phase of the award winning Summerpark development in Dumfries is set to launch this week.
A variety of different house types are available, as well as some of the best selling house types from previous phases. The first of the new properties, which includes 65 new build homes, will be completed for customers to move into from July onwards.

The popular Auchen house type, which is has already been built at Summerpark, will also feature on the next phase. The Auchen is a traditional four bedroom detached house with ensuite master bedroom, an open plan kitchen dining room, utility room and a large double aspect living space with French doors to the rear patio. As with every Story Home, the Auchen is finished to a higher than average specification and has the quality trademarks associated with Story Homes.

Summerpark is a picturesque development of up to 1000 homes and community open space and amenities. More than 110 properties at Summerpark have already been occupied by happy customers since the development started in 2007.
The current phase of Summerpark has been extremely popular with buyers, with many using the Scottish government incentive Help to Buy to secure their dream Story Home. There are now just five properties to sell on the current phase.
