We have released the final phase of high quality homes at our Ash Tree Park development in Kendal.
A variety of new house types will be available, as well as some of the best selling house types from the previous phase. The first of the new properties, which includes 12 new build homes, will be completed for customers to move in to from Spring/Summer 2018 onwards.
The new house types include a range of split level living over three floors. The three-bedroom semi-detached Portland house type has a spacious garage on the ground floor with modern living offered on the first floor with a kitchen / dining area and a separate lounge. The outdoors is brought inside with beautiful bi-folding doors which lead out on to the rear garden from the lounge which is perfect for the summer evening. The three spacious bedrooms are found on the second floor with en-suite to the master and the family bathroom.
Ash Tree Park has a wide range of house types and designs. These range from four-bedroom detached houses to three storey townhouses and semi-detached properties with two or three bedrooms.
