We have launched the second phase of our Paddocks View development, which includes a range of two to five-bedroom homes in the village of Middleton St George.
Paddocks View launched in September 2016 and is expected to be completed in the autumn of 2020. We have now sold all 60 homes on phase one and nearly all residents have moved into their homes.
Construction is now in progress on phase two, which will include 49 semi-detached and detached homes – including some of the best-selling house types from phase one such as the ‘Taunton’ and the ‘Boston’. The first of the new properties for sale have now been released.
