Story Homes is delighted to announce our new development in Seaton, to be known as Hawthorn Grange.
Allerdale Borough Council has granted planning permission for our proposals to build up to 69 homes on land at the Coachman in Seaton.
The development will boost the supply of much needed new homes and make a positive contribution towards the supply of affordable housing in the area.
This high-quality and sensitively designed scheme will complement the existing character of the village and provide open space for use by the whole community, and will see £485,000 invested in local services through the New Homes Bonus.
The development will respect the surrounding landscape and provide up to 1,200 square meters of public open space and up to 120 square meters of equipped play area.
Hawthorn Grange will feature a superb collection of two, three, four-bedroom semi detached and detached properties offering up to 1,795 sq ft of living space. As well as boasting a high specification throughout, the homes will feature exteriors incorporating brick, render and stone, adding to the charm of the area and creating the attractive street scenes for which Story Homes is renowned.
Our proposals will also provide local contractors with opportunities to tender for work, and there will be knock on benefits for local supply chains and other local businesses and services.
