New appointments as business expands and grows

Due to expansion and business success, there have been two new appointments recently to Story Homes.

Caroline Brumwell, Multi-Utilities Coordinator

Caroline Brumwell has been appointed to the new role of Multi-Utilities Coordinator based at Story House, Carlisle. She will be working across Cumbria and Lancashire to ensure first class service provision from utility contractors across all the Story Homes’ developments helping to deliver an ambitious business plan.

Caroline lives in Greystoke, near Penrith and brings over 20 years of experience of working within framework term contracts within the utilities industry to her new job. She recently worked at United Utilities as part of the competitive tendered project team.

Story Homes has recently been appointed Nathan Robinson to the new role of Health and Safety Advisor. Nathan has worked for Story Homes since September 2013 across many of its successful developments in Cumbria. Lately, he was Site Manager at The Beeches in Kendal, delivering high quality homes to the south lakes.

Nathan Robinson, Health and Safety Advisor

Nathan’s new role will be to advise on operational safety issues and ensure the relevance of safety procedures to assist Site Managers across the business in achieving the highest of standards at all developments as the business expands. Nathan, who lives in Hest Bank, north of Lancaster has a wealth of managerial site experience spanning 14 years, which will prove valuable in his new role.
