With our St John’s Manor development progressing well, we are excited to introduce the team that will be bringing these exclusive new homes to the Callerton area.
Peter Clayton is a Senior Site Manager at Story Homes and will be overseeing the build of the 192 fantastic new properties. Peter has worked at Story for just over a year and has made a huge impact on the North East construction team during this time. His 26 years’ experience of working in the housebuilding industry made him the perfect candidate the oversee this new development.

Amber Latimer, Sales Executive, will be responsible for selling the new homes at St John’s manor. Amber joined the Story Homes team two years ago and believes in our product so much that she bought her very own ‘Boston’ Story home in 2018.
She said: “Our street scenes and the high specification of our homes are what really set us apart from other housebuilders. The traditional exteriors combined with the modern layouts are really unique and make our homes a pleasure to sell.”
St John’s Manor will be a high-quality development of 192 homes. It will feature a mixture of 3, 4 and 5-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes from The Story Collection, each strong in build and character.
The attractive exteriors will incorporate stone, brick and render, making the street scenes unique and each home different.
As well as exquisite exteriors, internally there will be designs that reflect modern living, giving more space in each room. Each home has a high specification throughout that includes integrated kitchen appliances and many other features as standard; fencing, turf, patios and bi-fold doors to name a few.
