With our Elston Park development progressing well, we are excited to introduce the team that will be bringing these exclusive new homes to Grimsargh, Preston.
Jamie Davies is a Site Manager at Story Homes and will be overseeing the build of the 147 fantastic new properties. Jamie has worked at Story for just over two years and has made a huge impact on the North West construction team during this time. He was promoted to Site Manager in 2019, and his experience of working in the housebuilding industry made him the perfect candidate to oversee this new development.
He said: “Story Homes is a great place to work. I’ve worked on a number of Story Homes sites across Lancashire as an Assistant Site Manager and I’m both excited and proud to be leading the team at Elston Park to deliver this executive development in Grimsargh.
“I’m really keen for the development to be part of the community and as a site and sales team we are working hard to ensure we do our bit to support the schools and community projects where we can.”
Joanne Bowers, Sales Executive, brings more than 20 years’ experience in housebuilding. Joanne joined Story Homes Sales team in 2019 and she will be responsible for selling the new homes at Elston Park.

Elston Park will be a high-quality development of 147 homes. It will feature a mixture of 3, 4 and 5-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes from The Story Collection, each strong in build and character.
The attractive exteriors will incorporate stone, brick and render, making the street scenes unique and each home different.
As well as exquisite exteriors, internally there will be designs that reflect modern living, giving more space in each room. Each home has a high specification throughout that includes integrated kitchen appliances and many other features as standard; fencing, turf, patios and bi-fold doors to name a few.
The team are looking forward to opening our two show homes in April 2020. The Elston Park marketing suite is now open Thursday to Monday from 10.30am to 5.30pm.
