Join us this Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 November between 11am and 4pm at Fallows Park, Wynyard, for our Festivities at Fallows Park event.

The festive event will give visitors a chance to explore the development’s two luxurious ‘Mayfair’ and ‘Boston’ show homes, enjoy a mulled wine, Stollen cake and winter games, chat to Sales Executives about the collection of four and five-bedroom homes, and seek advice from an independent financial advisor.

Fallows Park, which is one of our 11 live developments in the North East, launched in late 2015. With nearly all of the available homes on the first phase now sold, and a number of residents living in the executive properties, we have recently launched phase two.

This second phase will comprise 40 detached homes. The ten different house types available will include some of the best-selling from phase one as well as two new house types, the ‘Gosforth’ and the ‘Oxford’.
