Story Homes is launching a new development of 51 family homes in the picturesque village of Hambleton this weekend. The exclusive development on Carr Lane will see a mix of two, three and four bedroom semi-detached and detached homes brought to the market.
How the new homes will look
Visitors to The Pastures development will have the chance to reserve their new home when the marketing suite opens for the first time this weekend. A lengthy list of local people has already started, as people sign up to find out more. Visitors can also find out more about incentives such as the Government’s Help to Buy scheme and Story Homes’ part exchange.
Story Homes’ range of properties come with many ‘extras’ included as standard. Everything from turfed and fenced gardens to a fully fitted kitchen will be included in these dream homes.
Sales Manager Clare Wilson says that the launch weekend will provide a great opportunity for people to see what Hambleton and Wyre have to offer.
Clare said: “We are very excited to be launching our homes at The Pastures in Hambleton. The development is located in a picturesque village with great commuting to the Fylde Coast and the cities of Lancaster and Preston.

The development will help the local authority meet its required housing numbers for the area and stimulate the local economy by creating a number of direct and indirect jobs.
As part of the development, Story Homes will make a financial contribution towards funding extra school places where required. The area will also benefit from the New Homes Bonus, a government grant paid to local councils for increasing the number of homes. The money will be used to improve existing and new services in the area. 30% of the homes will also be released as affordable homes, designated to local people who meet criteria set by the local authority.
We currently have eight sites underway in the North West across Central Lancashire, Fylde, South Lakes, Ribble Valley, Lancaster and Wyre.
