Due to overwhelming interest, we’re releasing a selected number of 3, 4 & 5-bedroom homes at The Birches in Chapelgarth, Sunderland, in advance of the official on-site launch.
These new homes will be available to reserve from Saturday 5 June and you can now book your 1-2-1 appointment at our development in Durham, Priory View, where our Sales Executive Julia will be based for a few weeks ahead of our Marketing Suite opening on-site.
The Birches will feature some of our most popular house types such as, the Butler, Charlton, Hewson, Masterton and Sanderson. Each strong in build and character, these new homes will incorporate stone, brick and render to make unique street scenes.
Ahead of the launch, we’d like to introduce you to the duo who will be helping you with your new Story home at The Birches – Site Manager, John Thompson and Sales Executive, Julia Broadley.
John is one of Story Homes’ experienced Site Managers and will be overseeing the build of The Birches development. John said: “I feel the standard of homes we build at Story is definitely up there with the best in the country and I’m excited to work on The Birches. It’s a fantastic development within easy reach of the A19 and A1, and is part of the wider redevelopment of the area. The site sits within an area of Sunderland that has plenty of walking and cycling routes to hand, and has a link to a C2C cycling route running across the south end of the development which is great.”
Julia will be the friendly face that greets you when you visit our marketing suite. She will be there every step of the way, from helping you to pick your perfect plot, to guiding you through your kitchen and bathroom choices. Julia said: “I’m really excited to be the Sales Executive at The Birches, it will be a beautiful development and I can’t wait to help customers to find their dream home.”
