We have now released the last few plots that remain on phase one of our Fallows Park development, which includes a range of high quality four and five-bedroom homes set in the exclusive Wynyard Park estate.
Prospective buyers can now reserve one of these newly-released plots and join the community of homeowners that have already reserved or moved into their executive home at Fallows Park.
The development features 10 house types offering up to 2,138 sq ft of living space, which has been designed by our architectural design team.
Inside, the homes are finished to our Prestige specification, which include a five-burner gas hob, double oven, Porcelanosa tiling in bathrooms, bi-fold doors, turfed gardens at the front and rear, and large block paved driveways. Exteriors are finished in a mix of high quality and locally-sourced stone, brick and render, alongside landscaping throughout the site.
As well as living in the sought-after location of Wynyard Park, residents at Fallows Park will have access to a concierge service at the entrance gate, 24/7 security, dog walking and landscape gardening services provided by the estate.
There are also plans to build a nursery, school and retirement village, alongside a healthcare hub, community hall, gastropub and Mediterranean-style pedestrian shopping area. There will be an on-call shuttle bus to transport residents to local amenities including Wynyard Hall and Yarm.
