From 11.00am – 5.00pm our knowledgeable Sales Executives will be on hand to provide expert advice to those who are interested in using the Help to Buy scheme, which allows buyers to reserve a home with a deposit starting from just 5% of the total purchase price.
How does Help to Buy work?
The government will lend the buyer up to 20% of the value of the new home via an equity loan, so the purchaser will only need a 75% mortgage. The equity loan is interest-free for five years and it can be paid back at any time or upon the sale of the home.
