The Beeches under construction last year
Story Homes first ever show home in South Lakeland is due to open this weekend.
The home, on The Beeches development in Kendal, will open to the public on Saturday 14 February, although 22 customers have already bought their new Story Home off plan.
The 5-bedroom ‘Westminster’ show home will showcase Story Homes’ high quality and high specification houses to customers in the Kendal and South Lakes area.
The detached ‘Westminster’ property has been internally designed and dressed by interior designer Suzanne Webster, who counts Next, Harpers Bazaar and Cosmopolitan amongst her clients.
Story Homes’ Sales Manager Hayley Blair said of the opening: “Customers are invited to come along and take a closer look once the ‘Westminster’ opens this Saturday. This is our first ever development in South Lakes and the feedback we have received to date has been extremely positive.
“At our launch event last year, we had more than 700 interested people who registered for information about The Beeches and hundreds have been to visit us on site, even before we opened the show home.
“We are pleased to be bringing our first ever show home to the area and continue to bring our popular homes to customers in Kendal.”
Story Homes is well known across Cumbria as a builder of stylish and traditional homes. The family run business is also now growing in Lancashire and North East England, with new developments in Lancaster, Kirkham and the surrounding areas.
Story Homes also has other interest in the South Lakes area, including development plans for Kendal Parks Farm and Brigsteer Road.
