We have welcomed a number of families to our latest Lancashire development to launch at Gib Lane in Blackburn.
Simon, Adele and their twin daughters are delighted to be part of Story Homes’ latest development The Sycamores. The Roberts family were the first customers to reserve at the hotel launch last year, and they were the very first family to get the keys to their new Warwick home.
The Roberts family were presented with flowers and fizz when they moved in to their four-bedroom home.
Adele said: “We absolutely love our new home. We reserved last year at the hotel launch and have been eagerly awaiting moving in. We sold our home and have been living with family which has been great, however, it is nice to move in to our own family home and have our own space especially as we have four year old twins.
“We are delighted with our home and the development – it’s got great kerb appeal as soon as you drive on to the site. It’s just beautiful with amazing views from the rear of our house overlooking the countryside.
“We were so excited to see the show homes at the launch earlier this year and they did not disappoint. It was great to see the new specification and newly designed kitchens that have been launched on this development and that we are first customers to get them. They add to the wow factor in the house and finish it off perfectly.
“We looked around other developments, however, we fell in love with this home as soon as we opened the door – with its gallery landing being one of the key reasons why we bought the house. The kitchen, dining and family room is the heart of our home. It’s the perfect space for our family and great for entertaining especially as we have bi-folding doors which open out on to paved patio and turfed garden. It’s great to be able to sit around with the girls whilst we are cooking or just enjoying the garden.
“These homes offer so much space – there are four double sized bedrooms and our master comes with an en-suite. The main family bathroom is huge and that even has a separate shower unit too.
“We are delighted with our new home and look forward to seeing more people move in across the development to bring a community feel.”
