We have started work on our new development at Eastway in Preston, with nine new homes already reserved.
D’Urton Manor is the ninth development launched by Story Homes in the North West and the marketing suite will open at Eastway on Saturday 5 November. The collection of two, three, four and five bedroom homes offer up to 2,671 square feet of living space and will be finished to the house builder’s high quality specification.
The development was highly anticipated with more than 350 potential customers having registered their interest prior to the launch. Six properties were reserved within the first month.

The couple live around the corner, in a 3-bedroom semi-detached home, and had been waiting for the launch event. They reserved a 4-bedroom detached Salisbury and are looking forward to moving in 2017.
