Story Homes is preparing to submit a planning application for the first phase of development to build 169 high quality new homes on land at Killingworth Moor, Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Our proposals would make an important contribution to the local housing supply, and would provide a range of two to six-bedroom properties to suit the needs of a variety of customers, including affordable homes.

This planning application for 169 homes comprises phase one of the development, located to the south of the site. The wider project will see the delivery of c.500 new homes in total over a 10-year+ period, as well as £8m+ in community contributions, including:
