Story Homes has now submitted an outline planning application for Cuerdale Garden Village, a modern and sustainable community located within the heart of Lancashire. 

Circa 1,300 new homes are proposed at Cuerdale Garden Village, helping to meet the identified housing need. The plans address current and long-term needs of South Ribble and Central Lancashire, delivering a £225 million economic boost and creating more than 3,000 jobs. The new community will also respond to the current energy crisis, climate change, affordable homes and public transport needs, all within a beautiful parkland setting. In addition to new homes, this mixed use scheme incorporates commercial development, and a new school, meaning that residents can work, shop, play, socialise, and send their kids to school, all within the same village they live.
