• The site will provide up to 340 high-quality homes, varying from 1–5-bedroom properties, ideal for first time buyers, growing families, or those looking to downsize in their later years. 35% of the properties will be classed as affordable.
• New community space will be provided, including a large new park comprised of open green space and children play areas. There will also be a network of new footpaths and cycle paths and the provision of open spaces with areas for play, relaxation and wellbeing.
• The project will create approximately 90 long-term new jobs with the delivery of new commercial units which will help boost the local economy. An additional 60 jobs created during the construction phase of the project.
