Land and Planning
Our land and planning team is responsible for securing all the land and obtaining planning permission we need to deliver our business plans. They are at the very start of our process and are vital in ensuring we have land and planning in the right locations to delight our customers.
Technical
Our technical team is responsible for producing the engineering requirements for each site and the architectural design of our house types in line with industry standards and customer trends.
Commercial
Our commercial team pride themselves on maintaining outstanding relationships with our subcontractors and suppliers and managing costs so we can continue to build high quality homes using excellent materials and an experienced workforce.
Production & Customer Services
Our production team is responsible for building our aspirational homes and ensuring the quality of the build and the new home handover process is first class.
Sales
Our Sales Executives are responsible for selling our aspirational homes to our customers, delighting them in the service they deliver and ensuring timely progression and excellent communication with our customers from initial interest being registered to moving in day.
Health and Safety
Our team is responsible for ensuring all our colleagues on site and in our offices place safety at the heart of what they do and that we deliver high quality homes in a safe and well managed manner.
Marketing and Communications
Our Marketing & Communications teams are responsible for building our aspirational lifestyle brand as well as raising awareness of the excellent work we do in our local communities.
Administration department
Our administration team do a fantastic job in ensuring that everyone who works for Story Homes has exactly what they need to support them in their role, from ordering PPE for new starters, welcoming guests to our offices and keeping track of our company car users. They are an essential and highly valued part of our team.
Finance
Our finance team is responsible for ensuring we stay on-track financially and cover a whole range of disciplines from paying invoices through to the development of our three year business plan.
HR
Our HR team is responsible for the delivery of our people strategy, in particular, ensuring that we recruit high calibre people who are able to support the growth of our business and that we continue to run our business in-line with the values that are important to us all.
IT & Projects
Our IT and Projects team provide day to day support of IT operations and are responsible for the successful implementation of IT projects to revolutionise how we do business.
