Your Story
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in the North West region, based in Chorley.
This role will involve managing the sales team to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets whilst delivering 5* customer experience to achieve the North West business plan. The successful candidate will support the Story Homes vision by working with the Sales Director to drive the development and high performance of the sales function.
We are looking for someone with experience of sales management within the house building industry, a proactive and innovative sales approach, excellent negotiation and customer service skills, as well as a strong coaching and development management style.
