As Talent and Development Advisor across our Group and Regional offices, I work with people at all stages of their careers from school leavers joining our Future Talent programmes to colleagues who are moving into leadership roles. We’re a rapidly growing business and I’m in the privileged position of meeting every new starter at their corporate induction day. We’re really committed to enabling our employees to develop to their full potential; I’ve been involved in the development of a number of exciting programmes to support this which are just about to launch.
